This Policy explains how Nord Feron Labs ("we", "us") handles personal data in Track Finance (the "Service").

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, business name, phone number and email used to register and log in.
• Borrower data you enter: borrower name, contact, photo and identity details including Aadhaar. You enter this as the data controller; we process it on your behalf.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider. We do not store card or bank credentials.
• Usage and technical data: log and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, send transactional emails (such as one-time codes and notifications), process subscription credits, and provide support.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service — email delivery, payment processing and hosting — and only as needed. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

4. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, encrypt sensitive identifiers such as Aadhaar at rest, and apply role-based access controls. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting or operational purposes.

6. Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your account data, or deletion of your account, subject to legal retention requirements. For borrower data entered by a lender, requests should be directed to that lender, who controls it.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
