Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Track Finance (the "Service"), operated by Nord Feron Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("the lender") agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Track Finance is software that helps lenders manage their own lending operations — borrowers, loans, collections and records. Nord Feron Labs is not a bank, NBFC, lender or financial institution, is not a party to any loan, and does not lend, broker, guarantee or collect money on your behalf. All lending decisions, terms and transactions are solely between you and your borrowers.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your lending activity and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for obtaining any consent required to collect and process borrower data, including Aadhaar and other identity details.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.

3. Accounts and approval

You may register for a lender account. Accounts are subject to review and approval by an administrator before activation. We may approve, decline, suspend or terminate any account at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Plans, credits and fees

The Service offers a free tier and a paid tier. Paid features are accessed using credits (1 credit = ₹10), used only for Service fees within Track Finance. Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prices include applicable taxes and may change with notice.

5. Borrower data

You remain the controller of the borrower data you enter. You warrant that you have a lawful basis and any necessary consent to collect and process such data. We process it only to provide the Service and apply reasonable security measures, including encryption of sensitive identifiers.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nord Feron Labs is not liable for any loss arising from your lending activity, borrower defaults, data you enter, or your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Records you created may be retained as required for legal or operational purposes.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
